Not my best, but...
Debbie took hold of Scott’s arm and started to lead him away from Jaden, down the corridor towards one of the side lifts.
“I don’t want… to…I…” Scott felt weak, his feet dragging along the floor.
“Scott look out!” Adrianna’s voice cried out, Scott spun around as quickly as he could, knocking Debbie to one side.
As he looked down the corridor, a horrible sight met his eyes. Jaden had flown at him...

“Just breathe through it.” She said casually, “You’ll be fine.”
Scott scoffed in his head. That was so easy for her to say, she had already done it. He didn’t want to have to go home, he wanted to finish the training, he wanted to learn about this new worlds. It was all so daunting at this stage.
“And what about my Father?” Scott asked tentatively. His eyes shifted from Kai to Debbie and back...

Yet another extract! :)
Scott’s eyes fell upon something in the darkness, something that looked dark and dense as stone but as clean cut as a precious gemstone. As Scott and Krancho emerged at the edge of the forest, Scott saw the base that Krancho had mentioned before. It was larger than even he could have imagined, more cleanly crafted than any building he had ever seen in his own Time Period.
